Do you have a paper catalog?
If we tried to capture our “virtual showroom” on paper, it would be need to be constantly updated as we add new products. Our customers overwhelmingly prefer our quick-and-easy online shopping experience.

How do I know that the color I see on screen is accurate?
Every computer monitor displays colours slightly differently. To ensure you’re seeing the colour of our products as they truly are, if the colors of the swatches you see on screen don’t look the same as they do in real life, try adjusting your monitor’s brightness and contrast.

All delivery charges to main land UK are incorporated in the price.

Will my furniture be assembled for me?
In almost all cases, the furniture delivered will not need assembling,

Liability?
Customers responsibility to ensure all furniture selected and purchased will fit in their home/premises easily.

Whilst every effort will be made to minimise any damage to walls/wallpaper we cannot be held liable for any damage costs.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed online can be cancelled as long as the items have not yet been picked for delivery. To cancel your order, simply call us, or, if you prefer, e-mail us at CustomerService@luxury-furniture.co.uk. A full refund will promptly be made to your credit card.

If the order has been picked/goods delivered by manufactures, a 25% cancellation charge will apply.

Pricing and Payments

Are the prices in my Shopping Cart guaranteed?
Luxury-Furniture.co.uk makes every attempt to maintain the prices on the items we offer, but price changes do occur, sometimes overnight. As a result, prices on items stored in your Shopping Cart are subject to change until you have actually placed your order and it has been accepted by us. Please note, we reserve the right not to accept your order in the case of an extreme pricing error or other technical issue. In the rare instance that your order is not accepted, you will be notified immediately and your card will not be charged.

What types of payments do you accept?
Luxury-Furniture.com accepts Visa & Mastercard. We also accept in the UK only, debit cards such as Visa Delta and Switch through our secure server, and also personal cheques supported by a valid guarantee card.

Do you charge my credit card at the time I place my order? We follow the payment policies of our retail partners, who require payment in full before an order can be placed.

Do you accept COD orders?
We cannot accept COD orders. All orders must be paid in full with cleared funds prior to delivery.
